Gotta say I'm glad to have a pulse back. That place... well, not every afterlife is for everyone, is it? Was it stupid I kinda hoped I'd see one or two people I knew?

Yeah, I know we were headed into port well before I ever made an official how-do, and that's totally my bad. But I wanna do this right, so I've been studying your file as close as I can, and I wanted to be sure I had it down before I made an ass of myself.

We met before, and then again. 21. You can also call me Gary if the number bugs you; it's a henching thing, so I don't expect it to sit well with everybody.

Right so this is definitely NOT like the kinda events we got the last time I was here. In before anyone decides to slip in and say "Doi", but I gotta know -- has ANYTHING like this ever happened before? Is there anything familiar? There's a lotta talk about what it could be and even more about what it's not, but I've gotta count myself in with the people that want this shit sorted out. It's totally killing my geek buzz.

I decided to do a little recon after maybe the second or third time Billy Joel out there woke me up while he was wandering the halls. Don't suppose anyone's actually seen this guy? I'm assuming it's a guy just from the sound of the boots, not because whistling sounds particularly feminine or masculine. I know I've tried to run him down more than once, but he's given me the slip every time, and gotta say you guys: I never really got the feeling that I wanted to catch him.

The lights'd just go out and the whistling would stop and then suddenly it'd be moving away from me in the other direction. That shit's creepy. I could identify a few people from my own world who could pull stuff like that, but I'd kinda like to think I would KNOW if any guys from my neck of the woods had shown up.

Is there anyone heading up an official investigation of this stuff or is everyone just doing their own thing? Wardens, haven't you got something organized for stuff like this?
