There's benefits while you're there and working, but no real compensation if you die -- which happens a lot if you're not well trained. My buddy 24 and I were kind of an anomaly among Henchmen because we managed to stick around for years without being killed.
And just generic Jedi robes. Though I guess with a beard I could get the whole Liam Neeson thing going if I wanted to put some gay braids in my hair or something.
