Since a lot of us are killing time in our cabins so there's a little less 'killing us' going on: Who do you think would win in a fight to the death:

Christopher Lee or Sean Connery?

Ah, I see he was.

In any case, neither. You'd expect their stunt doubles would do the fighting, wouldn't you?

Absolutely not. Christopher Lee doesn't need any stunt doubles; he did all his footwork and swordplay for Episode II.

Episode II?

I never should have involved myself in this discussion.

It appears that I need to acclimate both you and Shego in a few decent movies.

Well no. Episode II isn't decent. It's barely even laughable. But geez.

Regardless of how well-versed I am in the minutiae of pop culture:

Christopher Lee would still lose, as he would be pitted against Sean Connery's stunt double who, I'll point out, would most likely be trained in the numerous ways to defeat Christopher Lee. No one in their right mind would work in a dangerous field without being properly trained - particularly if they doubled for an actor even I know.

It's simple logic.

Christopher Lee killed nazis. He could kick the ass of any stunt double that crossed his path.

If it'd been Lee versus Ray Park in Episode I, instead of Liam Neeson? Totally different ending to that fight.

Did he kill Nazis in a movie, 21? If so, it was likely scripted for him to win, you know.

Don't you know anything? He was in Special Ops during World War II. He totally used to kill Nazi Soldiers assassin style.

...So he is elderly, then, I take it?

[identity profile] twoton21.livejournal.com 2010-02-09 09:30 pm (UTC)(link)
So's Sean Connery. And unlike Sean Connery he's not retired.

I've established that it would be Sean Connery's stunt double, who is likely not elderly.

[identity profile] twoton21.livejournal.com 2010-02-09 09:47 pm (UTC)(link)
Nuh uh, you're changing the parameters of the situation. It's Sean Connery and Christopher Lee, period.
subtlescience: (Who let you out of your cage?)

In that case, my vote is cast for mutually assured destruction.

Are you bored? I can certainly find something for you to do.

First rule of Henchman Survival is to lie low when things get nasty.

And things? While not as nasty as they could get back home? Are pretty bad.
subtlescience: (This is a waste of my time.)

I see.
